To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide a video of the box opening. This video is mandatory to apply for a return or refund.

Process for Return or Refund:

Inspect Your Package: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package for any visible damage or discrepancies.
Record an Unboxing Video: If you notice any damage or receive the wrong product, please record a clear video of the box opening and the condition of the contents.

Contact Us: Email the unboxing video along with your order details and a description of the issue to ozoneveda@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Review and Resolution: Our team will review the video and information provided. If your request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement product or process a refund, as applicable.
